At the invitation of Prime Minister Putin of the Russian Federation and Prime Minister Oqilov of the Republic of Tajikistan, Premier Wen Jiabao will pay official visits to the two countries from November 22 to 25 during which he will also hold the 15th China-Russia Regular Prime Ministers' Meeting and attend the 9th Meeting of Prime Ministers of Member States of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) in Dushanbe.
