On November 23, 2010, Special Representative Wu Dawei of the Chinese Government on the Korean Peninsular Affairs held talks with Stephen Bosworth, the U.S. special representative for North Korea policy, in Beijing. Both sides exchanged views in a candid, in-depth manner on the situation of the Korean Peninsula and the six-party talks. They agreed to remain committed to maintaining peace and stability of the Peninsula and realizing denuclearization of the Peninsula, pledging efforts for an early reopening of the six-party talks.
